1. Who we are

Examisthan.com and the Examisthan app (“Examisthan”, “we”, “us”) are operated by KoreBay Solutions, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

2. Your account

• Give correct details when you register and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• If you are under 18, use Examisthan with your parent’s or guardian’s permission.
• One account is for one person. Do not share or sell accounts.
• Teacher and school accounts may be verified before some features are enabled.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, download in bulk, resell or republish our notes, questions, papers or tests without written permission;
• cheat in tests, use another person’s account, or try to get around time limits, payment or security checks;
• post abusive, hateful, misleading or illegal content on the Doubt Board or anywhere else on Examisthan;
• attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the website, app or API.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Our content

Notes, questions, explanations, tests and designs on Examisthan belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal study. Some practice questions and explanations are generated with AI and are labelled as such; we review them, but if you spot a mistake please tell us. Previous year papers are provided for practice and belong to the boards or bodies that set them.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post, such as Doubt Board questions and answers or papers you create as a teacher. You give us permission to store and show it on Examisthan so the feature works.

6. Paid plans

• Prices are shown on our Pricing page and at checkout, in Indian rupees, including applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. A paid plan gives access for the period you paid for.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Examisthan available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will show when.

8. Limitation of liability

Examisthan is a study aid. Exam results depend on many things, and we do not guarantee any particular score or rank. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction.
