Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free first

The first chapters of every subject are free, with no card required, so you can check that Examisthan suits you before paying.

2. Cancelling a plan

You can cancel a paid plan at any time. Write to support@examisthan.com from your registered email. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

3. 7-day refund window

• If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for a plan.
• Email support@examisthan.com with your registered email address and the payment ID from your receipt.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days; your bank may take a little longer to show it.

4. When refunds are not given

• Requests made after the 7-day window, or for renewals of a plan you had already used.
• Accounts suspended for breaking our Terms of Use, such as sharing an account or misusing content.
• Partial refunds for the unused part of a period after the 7-day window.

5. Failed or double payments

If money left your account but your plan did not activate, or you were charged twice, email us with the payment ID. We will activate your plan or refund the extra amount.

6. School plans

School plans follow the terms agreed in your school’s order or invoice.
